In this video, we show how to restring our classical guitar with close up video. Even though this guitar looks new, the strings were quite old and two of the strings became unraveled.
Step 1. Loosen tension on all strings.
Step 2. Remove strings.
Step 3. Loop strings 1, 2, and 3 through the bridge by tying them off and tucking them under the previous string. With strings 4, 5, and 6, just loop them and tuck in without tying off.
Step 4. Thread the ends of the strings through the tuning pegs, and tighten and tune.
This is a J. Navarro guitar, and we restrung it using D’Addario classic nylon strings.
